When you submit a quote request we ask for your name, phone, email, and the address or neighbourhood where you'd like the installation. We also collect non-identifying technical data (browser type, pages visited) to maintain the site.

3. Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your quote request, schedule a site visit, and deliver the installation. We do not sell or share your data with any third party for marketing.

4. How long we keep it

Quote-request data is kept for 24 months from your most recent contact, then deleted. You can request deletion any time by writing to us at the address below.

5. Your rights

Under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you can ask us to confirm, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Email us your request and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential first-party cookies to remember your language preference and quote-builder progress. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
